Thank you all for your fantastic support. We're already on our 3rd printing and it appears that a 4th printing will be required shortly. Your kind e-mails are very much appreciated. I personally respond to every message. I feel very close to all of you. I love hearing about your successes using the methods described in my book. Thank you for all the corrections you've identified. It's amazing how I'm unable to see my own errors.
